Important
Instructions for
Existing TrustTouchpc Users
In
order to avoid problems with the operation of two
TrustTouchpc versions on your system, it is best
to delete the old TrustTouchpc version before downloading
the latest release. Please note that if you wish
to retain your current statement information you
will need to print those files. For BillPay users,
all payee addresses with those account numbers will
be restored when you log on with the new version
so you won't have to reload that information.
Before
deleting the old version:
In TrustTouchpc, select Settings,
Communications Setup and make note of your
modem speed, communication port and initialization
string information so you will be able to load these
settings on the new version before you log on for
the first time. Then select, Cancel, File,
and Exit.
To
delete the old TrustTouchpc version on Windows 3.1:
Select File Manager, Trustpc,
click on File, Delete, and answer
Yes to All. At Program Manager, click once
on the Trustmark logo, click on File,
then Delete.
To
delete the old TrustTouchpc version on Windows 95:
Select Windows Explorer, Trustpc,
click on File, Delete, and answer
Yes to All. Upon installation completion,
drag the Trustmark logo onto the desktop and use
that to start the application.
To
delete the old TrustTouchpc version on Macintosh:
Double-click on the Hard Disk
icon. Drag the Trustmark folder to the
Trash Can. Then go to Special, Empty
Trash and click OK.
