Do you have PKZip installed on your computer? If
you do, great! Move on to Step 2. If you don't,
follow these steps:
- Click
on the PKZip icon (located at the bottom of
the download page).
- On
the PkWare Homepage, click on the "Download
Shareware" button.
- Select
the version of PkZip that is appropriate for
your computer and click to download it. Remember
where you save this file. This will save a self-extracting
file to your hard drive that will have an '.exe'
on the end of the file name.
- Once
the file has saved onto your computer, go to
that directory and double-click the '.exe' file.
This will automatically install PkZip onto your
computer. Now you've got a useful Internet tool
for downloading!

Fill out the download form. Giving us your e-mail
address will allow us to notify you of any changes
to TrustTouch pc.

Shift-click once on Software.

Choose Save to Disk. It's best to save the zip file
in its own directory or a directory where no other
applications exist.

Wait patiently. The software takes anywhere from
7 - 14 minutes to download, depending upon your
modem and Internet connection. The download progress
bar should indicate when the download is complete.

Using PKZip, you'll need to uncompress the software.
If you've never done this before, here's how:
- From
Windows, double-click on PKZip.
- Once
it's open, go to File, Expand and select the
TrustTouch pc zip file.
- Unzipping
will produce a setup.exe file. Make a note of
the directory where the files were unzipped
and within Windows choose File, Run. Type the
directory name of the TrustTouch setup file
along with setup.exe. It should look like this:
c:\ttouch\setup.exe, where ttouch is the directory
the files were unzipped into. Follow instructions
and then drag the Trustmark logo to desktop
in last step of installation.

How
do I install TrustTouch pc for Macintosh?
A. You will need
Stuffit Expander to Unstuff the downloadable
TrustTouch pc file.
After you've expanded the downloaded TrustTouch
pc file, you'll just need to double-click on the
Vise Installer icon which should appear on your
desktop. You'll be guided through the installation
process, which will require restarting your computer.
Q.
How
do I transfer funds and pay bills?
A. TrustTouch pc lets you look at your money,
BillPay lets you move it. Once you download TrustTouch
pc and log on to the bank you have immediate access
to your account information. However, in order to
transfer funds and pay bills you must enroll in
BillPay, TrustTouch pc's bill payment service.
Simply print the BillPay enrollment form online using the Acrobat
Viewer (downloadable free through Adobe
Corporation 's Web site) or send an E-mail
requesting an Billpay enrollment form via fax. You
must return the signed form to TrustTouch Services
at the address listed. Once you are enrolled you
will receive further information and be able to
add your payees through TrustTouch pc. The BillPay
service costs $5.95 per month (or $1.95 a month
for Umbrella
Plan customers) with the first 2 months FREE!

to take advantage of TrustTouch pc?
A.No. TrustTouch pc creates a direct link
between your computer and the bank.
Q.How
secure is TrustTouch pc?
A.Your
connection to the bank is direct, so TrustTouch
pc is more secure than other forms of online communication
that involve the Internet. Plus, your account information
is password protected. No one may access your account
without your TrustTouch Access Number (TAN) - even
if they know your name and account number.
Q.What if I don't know my TAN?
A.Just
call TrustTouch services at 949-6332 (Jackson) or
1-800-844-2000, ext. 6332.
Q.How much does TrustTouch pc cost?
A.TrustTouch pc is free. TrustTouch BillPay
costs less on average than similar services - only
$5.95 ($1.95 for Umbrella Plan customers) a month.

Q.How do I load the software?
A.
Windows 95 setup:
1. Select run from the Start menu.
2. Enter A:\Setup in the command line and
click OK.
Windows
3.1 setup:
1. In Program Manager, select Run from
your File menu.
2. Enter A:\SETUP in the command line and
click OK.
Macintosh
setup:
1. Double-click the Installer icon and
follow the instructions.
2. After the application is installed, you
can start it by double-clicking its icon.
Q.How do I sign on to TrustTouch pc?
A.
1.
Each user should enter their name as their local
sign on. You will receive a notice saying, "Your
name is not on the system, would you like to add?"
Click Add. (This should happen only on the first
signon for this user.)
2.
"Do you want to password protect this new user sign
on?" If so, click Yes and enter a personal password.
This is an optional feature for additional security
at your computer.

"Welcome - Do you want to connect to Trustmark now?"
Click Connect.
4.
In the "Send requests to Trustmark" window click
CHANGE SETUP (only necessary during your first sign
on) to check your communications setup. Select the
correct DIAL TYPE, PORT SPEED, and COMM PORT for
your system then click ANDVANCED to identify your
modem. The phone number is already set for 950-5062
which is correct for most locations in Mississippi.
For those in DeSoto County, on the Gulf Coast and
outside of Mississippi click LOAD SETUP and select
1-800.set (1-800-372-8122). SAVE your new setup
then click SEND NOW to connect to Trustmark.
5.
Enter your checking account number as your "access
account number." This will allow you to access most
of your Trustmark accounts. For accounts not listed
call the number below to add additional account
information or e-mail the electronic banking department
from TrustTouch pc.
6.
Enter your TAN (TrustTouch Access Number) as your
access password which is the number used to access
your TrustTouch telephone account information. If
you don't know your number please call TrustTouch
Services at 949-6332 in Jackson or 1-800-844-2000,
ext. 6332 from outside of Jackson.
7.
Your first connection to Trustmark will take 3-5
minutes.
