Phishing Alert

!If you get an unsolicited e-mail asking you to verify or confirm your confidential personal information or to complete a form which asks for your confidential personal information, please be wary. The FBI Internet Fraud Complaint Center reports that such unsolicited e-mails may result in identity theft, credit card fraud, or other Internet-based frauds. One goal may be to gain access to your bank or financial accounts.

Trustmark will never request confidential information through e-mail. We will not call you and ask you for confidential personal information. If you call us, we may ask you for some of that information to verify your identity.

Please tell us about any such unsolicited e-mails allegedly from Trustmark National Bank or any of our subsidiaries. Also, please tell us if someone calls you, claims to be from Trustmark, and asks you for your personal confidential information.

You may reach us at 1-800-844-2000 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. central standard time Monday through Friday. Or you may submit an e-mail message to PhishingAlert@Trustmark.com. Please attach or forward a copy of the suspected fake e-mail with your message to us.

If you believe you have been a victim of a phishing scam and you have entered your credit or debit card information into a website please contact us immediately to terminate your card activity and to deactivate your card. To deactivate your Trustmark Express Debit Card after hours you may call 1-800-Check-24, press option 1 for account information, then option 6 to report this as a lost or stolen card. The prompts will help you deactivate this card immediately. To deactivate your Trustmark Credit Card call the same number and select option 5 for credit card information then select option 4 to report a lost or stolen credit card.
