The American Cancer Society (ACS) is at work in communities all across the country providing programs aimed at reducing the risk of cancer, detecting cancer as early as possible, ensuring proper treatment of cancer, and empowering people facing cancer to cope and maintain the highest possible quality of life. Trustmark associates have been involved with ACS through the Relay for Life for many years.

The Relay for Life is a fun-filled overnight event sponsored by ACS which is designed to celebrate survivorship while raising funds for research and various ACS programs. During the event, teams of people gather at schools, fairgrounds, or parks and take turns walking or running laps, striving to keep one team member on the track at all times.
