“Trustmark is a vital partner and bulwark of support for hundreds of nonprofits across our state working together to improve the quality of life in Mississippi. Trustmark is a neighbor you can count on to be there with financial support and volunteers for almost every worthwhile cause.”
Mark R. McCrary, Executive Director, Mississippi Center for Nonprofits.
Mississippi Center for Nonprofits
The Mississippi Center for Nonprofits provides our state’s 10,000 nonprofit charities with the management training, technical assistance, advice and connections to resources they need to succeed in improving the quality of life in our state. In April 2007 the Center will introduce a comprehensive set Principles and Practices for Nonprofit Management Excellence that will be a blueprint for Mississippi charities seeking to improve their operations and services.
For years, Trustmark National Bank has partnered with the Mississippi Center for Nonprofits to sponsor its marquee annual project, the “Re-Inventing Mississippi” conference for nonprofit leaders across the state. The 2007 conference will bring together some 550 nonprofit leaders from every corner of the state for an exciting array of workshops, exhibits, and networking April 16-18 in Jackson. Details about the conference and the Center’s other services to community and faith-based nonprofit groups can be found at www.msnonprofits.org.
