Join the paperless generation
with Trustmark Bank e-Statements

Trustmark is offering electronic delivery of your checking, savings, and money market account statements.

Notification – We’ll send you an alert to your registered e-mail address in TrustTouchWeb/TrustNetWeb when your e-Statement is ready for viewing (Note: there will not be a link in our alert back to the statement.). You will then log-in to TrustTouchWeb or TrustNetWeb, and click "e-Statements" to view all the statements available.  (Keep your e-mail address current to ensure prompt delivery of these alerts.)

E-Statements look exactly like the statement you receive in the mail from us today. 

To enroll in the e-Statements service, log-on to TrustTouchWeb or TrustNetWeb. In the menu bar, you will see a new menu item entitled “e-Statements”; click on this to begin the enrollment process. 



You will be asked to view a sample statement in a .PDF format.  If you can view, you are in good shape. Now you can continue to select the accounts for which you want to have e-Statements electronically delivered to you.  We’ve given you three options here; you may select e-Statement, Paper, or Paper and e-Statement. 



The Free e-Statement option tells us to stop printing and mailing a paper statement to you and to send you an alert when your e-Statement is ready for viewing. You can change your mind later and go back to paper statements if this delivery method doesn’t work for you. We hope you’ll like this option the best.

The Free Paper statement option (default) tells us you don't want e-statements and prefer we continue to mail you a statement as we have always. However, selecting this option will turn off the ability to see your statements online and they will only be available when mailed to you.

Then we have the best of both, the Paper and e-Statement option. This option is for customers who just can't let go of the print but also want statements online.  Here we will continue to mail a printed paper statement and make the e-Statements available online.  The charge for this option is $2.00 per account per month and begins 60 days after enrollment.

At any time, you may decide to change your option for e-Statements or paper delivery, and the changes will be effective on your next statement cycle.  We hope you enjoy this new delivery service. It's fast, efficient and secure.
