An Important Notice Concerning TrustTouchWeb

If you want to be a TrustTouchWeb customer, you must

1. review the TrustTouchWeb Agreement, the TrustTouchWeb Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure and the Electronic Delivery Notice;
2. agree to accept electronic delivery of notices and disclosures;
3. print and sign the enrollment form which states that you accept the terms and conditions of the TrustTouchWeb Agreement, the TrustTouchWeb Electronic Funds Transfer Disclosure, and the Electronic Delivery Notice; and
4. return the enrollment form to Trustmark National Bank, TrustTouch Services, P.O. Box 291, Jackson, MS 39201.

If you want to transfer funds or pay bills via TrustTouchWeb, sign the appropriate spots on your TrustTouchWeb enrollment form. If you want to transfer funds to an account at other banks, put (on your TrustTouchWeb enrollment form) the account number of the deposit account at the other bank and the other bank's routing number.
