About the Program

The IDA Program is both unique and flexible in that it allows the IDA to be exposed to all angles of the insurance industry. During the program, the IDA and Fisher Brown Bottrell will determine how the skill sets of the IDA can best be utilized for the agency and the IDA’s career development.
