Tellers are the core of our Retail Banking franchise at Trustmark. Trustmark Tellers work in a fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction. Daily responsibilities include assisting customers with their transactions, managing a cash drawer and identifying opportunities to offer customers additional products and services. Tellers work a variety of schedules, including weekdays and some weekends. In addition, each Teller is assigned a mentor for further training and development, support, and accountability.

The Teller Career Path is designed to enhance future growth as a Teller, based on performance and experience. The progression is as follows:
- Teller I – Teller Trainee
- Teller II – one year of Teller experience
- Senior Teller – three years of Teller experience
- Head Teller I
- Head Teller II
- Teller Supervisor
