Overview

The Purpose of this job is to balance Credit Card and Debit Card Settlement accounts, research and correct MRA rejects, Process ACH returns and returned checks, and other duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Recognize and correct discrepancies in reports.
  • Daily balancing of FIS and TSYS
  • Daily balancing of credit card settlement and interchange
  • Research and correct MRA Rejects
  • Process ACH returns and returned checks
  • Submit Card Services Invoices including TSYS bill and quarterly reports
  • Submit Staples and RRD Supply Orders
  • Official checks
  • Work Credit Balance Report for 0034,0434, and 1061
Qualifications
  • Four year college education-OR- High school education with equivalent work experience
  • General knowledge of credit card industry
  • Basic Accounting
  • Analytical Skills
  • Time management to prioritize workload
  • 10 key Calculator skills
  • Computer skills/Excel
  • Accounting skills
