The purpose of this job is to manage the Corporate Lending in the Alabama area in order to successfully achieve overall corporate goals.ย  This would include leading staff so as to expand overall market share through quality loan growth, deposit growth and cross selling to other business units.


  • Lead staff to accomplish division and corporate goals through loan growth, fees, deposits, cash management services, and sound credit risk management practices.ย 
  • Expand and Monitor customer relationships through referrals & quality service of the department
  • Business calls to customers and prospects individually & with staff
  • Staff Development via coaching/training
  • Community Involvement
  • Extensive knowledge of middle market and corporate banking lending
  • Extensive experience in the Alabama market
  • Extensive knowledge of capital market solutions and loan syndications
  • Supervisory experience/management experience
  • Knowledge of financial service industry

  • Middle market and corporate banking underwriting skillsย

  • Proven history of effectively managing individual loan portfolio

  • Four-year college education
  • Graduate level education preferred
  • Prefer at least 10 years experience in middle market and corporate banking
