Overview

The purpose of this position is to assist Financial Services Financial Consultants and Financial Services clients. In this role, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team to support the Financial Consultant and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Open and service client accounts
  • Administrative duties for office such as answering phones, filing, as well as other duties as needed
  • Prepare reports for presentations, expense reports, and report distribution
  • Maintain client and office files
  • Coordinate scheduling of appointments and consultants
  • Enter and confirm securities transactions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required:

  • SIE, Series 7 & 63, 65 or 66 Securities licenses or 2 years of Financial Services Experience
  • Financial Services product knowledge
  • Retirement products and new account knowledge
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Computer skills, data entry
  • Time management skills
  • Teamwork Skills

Preferred:

  • College education in Business/Financial Services preferred
  • Insurance license preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
