Overview

The purpose of this job is to support Wealth Management in its administrative and marketing function by working with internal stakeholders to generate various business performance analytics and manage the flow of information.  Other projects will be assigned from time to time with similar subject matter.

 

**This position may be filled as a level I or II based on additional experience and qualifications required.**

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Trustmark’s Marketing Department to ensure timely execution of Wealth Management’s marketing strategy including submission/monitoring of creative requests.
  • Support Administrative Responsibilities of the division including, but not limited to business performance reporting and analytics. Liaise with Enterprise Information Systems and IT departments as needed to ensure cohesive, repeatable reporting is achieved.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders; must be able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage response processes for all Requests for Proposals working with applicable business units, Compliance, and Marketing as needed.
  • Support projects as needed for Wealth Management administration.

Additional responsibilities required for Level II:

  • All responsibilities defined in the Analyst I role.
  • Administer InvestEdge software in line with the business unit managers and WM Compliance and Risk Manager.
  • Actively work with other Trustmark stakeholders, such as Comm & Marketing Systems team and Trustmark Marketing, to manage the data flow to support marketing and communication efforts.
  • Maintain data accuracy and work with the Perform administration team to ensure accurate activity reporting within Wealth Management sales-oriented roles.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related related field.
  • Minimum three years’ experience in financial services with proven Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a detail-oriented diligence given toward tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate intelligently with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Project management experience preferred

Additional qualifications required for Level II:

  • Requirements for Analyst Level I.
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a marketing or data analytics role OR minimum of three years of project management experience in a financial technology role.
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Experience with trust accounting/investment management platforms like the SEI Wealth Platform preferred
  • Experience with Power BI or similar software preferred
