Overview

The purpose of this job is to guide the workflow of remote capture work from the branches.  The position leads in the processing of all remote POD capture and the balancing of that work.

Responsibilities:
  • Cross-train, lead and develop team of associates to promote maximum productivity, engagement, succession planning and overall contribution to the strategic organizational goals.
  • Assign POD runs to Remote Capture Clerks for processing and balancing
  • Keying and balancing of POD runs on the remote capture system
  • Recording how the daily processing is progressing and making sure all work is processed correctly on a daily basis.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School education
  • Remote Capture balancing experience
  • POD balancing experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Remote Capture system
  • Advanced knowledge of and familiarity with all teller documents and the proof function
  • Good communication skills (via phone and in person)
  • Excellent 10 key skills (testing required)
  • Good leadership skills
  • Excellent time management skills (necessary to process workflow)
  • Problem solving in a production environment
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
