Overview

The purpose of this job is to insure the cash replenishment and balancing of remote ATMs while functioning as the liaison between Card Services and the Vault department and ATM Courier; daily processing of Debit Card return resolutions; and weekly reporting of Charged Off accounts to Special Assets.  This job is also responsible for maintenance of HELOC exception reports, and reconciliation of DDAs, Credit Card accounts, and GLs. 

Responsibilities:
  • Cash replenishment, remote ATM balancing, and Card Services, Vault and ATM courier liaison
  • Settlement account reconciliation
  • Debit card return resolutions
  • Change addresses on Credit Cards and create weekly reports for Special Assets on Charged Off accounts
  • Maintain HELOC Exception Report that is generated on a daily basis for pay /no pay
Qualifications
  • High School Education or GED
  • One year of Customer Service Experience
  • Computer Skills
  • Sound Decision Making Skills
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Communication Skills
  • Prior Balancing Experience
  • Working Knowledge of M& I preferred

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
