This job will manage and coordinate all the processes, functions and activities pertaining to the administration of assigned client accounts within the scope of the functions of the organizational unit, the administrative capacity classified on the account, and the governing documents of the accounts. Tasks may include account information set up and maintenance, account recordkeeping, transaction entry, statement scheduling, account review, and client communication, interaction, guidance and support, and business development. The position will serve as a primary contact between the Plan Sponsor (client), TPA, recordkeeper, and all exiting or prospective participants in the plan. All tasks are to be performed within the limits and expectations of the current policies and procedures.
This position may be filled as a Level I, II or III. Additional responsibilities and qualifications apply.

Level II Additional Qualifications:
At least one of the following:
Graduate of Trust School And 3 years of experience in the administration of the type of accounts and clients related to the organizational unit; or
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience And 7 years of experience in the administration of the type of accounts and clients related to the organizational unit; or
Graduate Degree in a field related to the function of the organizational unit And 5 years of experience in the administration of the type of accounts and clients related to the organizational unit or in a field related to the graduate degree; or
Five years or more experience in the practice of law, third party administration, or professional accounting.
The associate must be able to demonstrate at least an intermediate level of knowledge of the types, complexity, respective governance, transactions and industry practices of the clients and accounts administered by the organizational unit.
CRSP or other Certification within the field of the organizational unit preferred.
Juris Doctor preferred.
CPA preferred.
Level III Additional Qualifications:
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
