Overview

The responsibility of this position includes overseeing the systems and processes that handle enterprise customer information across Trustmark’s operating systems. The role is expected to ensure efficient, consistent and secure management of master customer data, which can directly impact customer satisfaction and business operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration, maintenance, and support of the enterprise customer information systems and ensure the system and its integrations are up-to-date, secure, and running efficiently.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security and compliance by enforcing accepted standards of data governance.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the system and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and collaborate with other departments to align CIS processes with business goals.
  • Provide support to system users, addressing and resolving any issues, and develop and conduct training programs for staff to ensure effective use of the system.
  • Liaise with software vendors to manage system updates, support, and enhancements, and communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the system meets these requirements.
  • Support enterprise staff in the development of data configuration, organization, insightful reporting of customer information and system performance.
  • Manage and lead projects related to system upgrades, implementations, or integrations with other systems to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR advanced degrees or certifications in IT management, data management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in managing customer information systems or similar enterprise applications, data management, or IT operations,
  • Knowledge of the use of customer information in business practices.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of banking industry practices, regulations and operations.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM), Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP), or ITIL certification preferred 

 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
