Overview

The purpose of this job is to provide technical and analytical support for the daily pricing of loan programs and pipeline interest rate risk management.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain an accurate mortgage loan pipeline
  • Produce analytical reports from secondary system to assist management in trading/hedging strategy
  • Verify the accuracy of the individual loan purchases from wholesale lenders
  • Assist wholesale lenders and retail originators with pricing and lock extensions
  • Assist the Secondary Marketing Manager with pricing and hedging
  • Provide the shipping area with the loans available for pooling
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Four-year college education
  • Knowledge of the bond and securities market
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Time management principles to prioritize tasks
  • Communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
