Overview

The purpose of this job is to assist the Security Supervisor by reviewing debit and credit card transactions for suspicious activity. Process compromise card alerts.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and decision transactions in TSYS fraud system (credit cards) and FIS/Falcon (debit cards) for suspicious activity. Verify activity with customer as necessary
  • Process Mastercard/ /VISA Alerts for potentially compromised cards
  • Assist internal and external clients with card issues
  • Assist Card Services Customer Service with incoming calls
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Two years college or technical school and/or 3+ years’ experience relating to the card industry
  • Detail oriented
  • Basic Computer skills Excel and Word
  • Basic knowledge of debit and credit card operations
  • Basic knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z relating to cards
  • Basic knowledge of a card fraud system
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced ability to effectively communicate
  • Advanced knowledge of TSYS preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of FIS preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Falcon preferred 

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:  Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screens.
