Candidate Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferably in a business-related field with an insurance concentration
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Demonstrated, strong work ethic and self-starter
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative, tech savvy and results-oriented
  • Proven leadership skills through academic performance, work experience and campus involvement
  • Ability to handle complex projects with a sense of urgency and adapt to change
  • Detail-oriented, organized; analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Scheduled to graduate in June
