If you want to request information about your loan or if you believe an error has occurred in the servicing of your loan and would like to submit an Error Resolution or Informational Request, it must be sent to our exclusive address for Error Resolution and Informational Request at P. O. Box 153, Jackson, MS 39205-0153.
When requesting information or notifying us of an error, please include the following information:
- Name(s) of Borrower(s)
- Information allowing the identification of your mortgage loan (i.e. loan number, property address etc.)
- The specific information requested or the specific error which is believed to have occurred.
Your request for information or error notice will usually be acknowledged in writing within five (5) business days of receipt unless excused under the applicable regulation.
A final written response to an error notice will be issued unless excused under the applicable regulation.
