Opt-In Decisions


As of August 15, 2010, Federal regulations required customers to opt-in or opt-out of standard overdraft programs offered by banks on personal checking accounts. If you did not indicate a decision prior to August 15, you automatically were opted-out of Trustmark’s Standard Overdraft Service. 

If you have any questions about this process or wish to change your opt-in/opt-out status, please call our Customer Contact Center at 1-800-243-2524, or visit any of our Trustmark branches. We will mail a return confirmation notice of your decision.
