TrustTouch Telephone Home Banking and Automated Voice Response System
TrustTouch is Trustmark's telephone accessible banking system. It gives you a direct line to your account 24 hours a day, even on weekends. TrustTouch lets you check your balance, get a listing of your cleared transactions plus a brief listing of on pending transactions (transactions that will post to your account at the end of the banking day) and more, free of charge. You can also pay your bills by phone and transfer funds. You'll save time writing checks and you'll save money on stamps as well. To use this service, simply dial 1-800-CHECK-24; when prompted, enter your Trustmark checking or savings account number. Then enter your "TAN" (TrustTouch Access Number). If you don't know your "TAN", please call 1-800-CHECK-24 and when prompted "press 0" to get a customer service representative. Our representative will be able to assign the "TAN" you desire. Thereafter, each time you call TrustTouch follow the voice response instructions.

Trustmark's Customer Contact Center is available from 7am -7pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 9am -2pm. Trustmark does observe Federal and State holidays.
