We are upgrading to a new “Person-to-Person” payment platform. As we make this transition, Popmoney person-to-person payments will no longer be available after June 30, 2023.
Action Required:
- For non-recurring payments, we recommend that you stop using Popmoney on June 26, 2023, as payments entered after this date may not be processed before the service ends.
- For scheduled, recurring payments, we recommend that you cancel all transactions scheduled for payment after June 26, 2023, and use an alternate method for making these payments until our new payment service is available. Payments entered after June 26 may not be processed before the service ends.
Our new “Person-to-Person” service will be available soon. You’ll connect with it through myTrustmark® just as you did Popmoney and will be able to send payments securely to friends and family. Be on the lookout for more information on this new service.
