Identity Theft: Protect Your Information

Identity theft can happen to anyone. By taking precautions and staying vigilant, you can reduce your chances of becoming a victim.

Rates are subject to change. Prime rate is 6.75% as of June 23, 2026. Minimum APR of 3.99%; maximum APR of 21.00% in MS and TN; maximum APR of 18.00% in AL, FL and TX. Required initial advance of $5,000.00. Minimum monthly finance charge of $0.50. If a new credit line is at least $20,000.00, but less than or equal to $250,000.00, Trustmark will pay all closing costs with the exception of any required surveys and appraisals on homes located on five (5) acres or more.

  • In Florida, bank paid closing costs are limited to $500.00.
  • In Texas, customer-paid fees cannot exceed 2% of the original principal amount of the loan. Loan-to-value (LTV) cannot exceed 80% of the fair market value of the homestead when added to all other debt against the property. Additionally, the amount of the HELOC itself cannot exceed 50% of the fair market value of the homestead.
