A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) allows you to borrow money against the equity you have in your home and gives you the flexibility to conveniently access your funds when needed by check or your HELOC card.2 Monthly payments vary based on your balance.

Thereafter, your APR is a variable rate based upon the prime rate as published in The Wall Street Journal plus a margin based on your creditworthiness and other credit criteria. Rates are subject to change. Prime rate is 6.75% as of June 23, 2026. Minimum APR of 3.99%; maximum APR of 21.00% in MS and TN; maximum APR of 18.00% in AL, FL and TX. Required initial advance of $5,000.00. Minimum monthly finance charge of $0.50.   • In Florida, bank paid closing costs are limited to $500.00.
  • In Texas, customer-paid fees cannot exceed 2% of the original principal amount of the loan. Loan-to-value (LTV) cannot exceed 80% of the fair market value of the homestead when added to all other debt against the property. Additionally, the amount of the HELOC itself cannot exceed 50% of the fair market value of the homestead.

3 Custom Loan: Provides flexibility to lock designated advances into a fixed rate and term, while keeping available funds in the line of credit for future use. Rate and term determined at time of loan. No minimum loan amount. Maximum loan amount up to the available HELOC limit. The Custom Loan maturity must not exceed the maturity of the HELOC. The maximum number of Custom Loans within a HELOC is five. There is no fee for the Custom Loan option.
