We are here to help! As recovery and rebuilding occur, Trustmark is committed to working with our associates, customers, and communities to help the Houston Metro area recover from Hurricane Harvey.

We have established the following special storm assistance hotline for our customers to call in order to speak directly to an associate for any assistance with either personal or business accounts:

This hotline is available 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Consumer Banking

ATM Fees – Customers in the Houston market are not charged ATM fees by Trustmark. Non-customer foreign transaction ATM surcharge fees at Trustmark ATM's will be waived through September 30, 2017.

ATM/Debit Cards – Replacement card fees will be waived through September 30, 2017.

Certificates of Deposit – Early withdrawal penalties will be waived through September 30, 2017.

Credit Card Accounts – Contact us at 1.888.876.5782 if you need to discuss available modified payment options.

HELOC's and other Consumer Loans – Contact us at 1.888.876.5782 if you need to discuss special payment arrangements.

Late Fees – Trustmark will waive late fees incurred on any consumer loans, including credit cards, HELOC's, mortgage, and consumer loans through November 30, 2017. Modified payment options are available on these types of loans as well.

Non-Sufficient Funds/Overdraft Fees – Trustmark will waive non-sufficient funds and overdraft fees incurred from August 25, 2017 – September 30, 2017, for Houston Metro area customers.

Commercial/Business Loans – Contact your Relationship Manager, or call 1.888.876.5782 to discuss any needs you may have, including available payment options such as payment deferrals.
